Coach Etina really is the best! When I started the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership mastermind with her, I was struggling with how to motivate subordinates. Being part of the masterminds and coming together with other likeminded people helped me realise that while I might face challenges accomplishing certain tasks, there are others who find those tasks to be very easy. This helped me as a leader to realise that whenever I face a challenge that I cannot solve, I ask myself who the best person to help me is and I go and ask for help.

The masterminds also helped me comprehend the fact that we are all different in our strengths and weaknesses. That irregardless of these differences, no one is superior over others but instead that together we can achieve way more than what an individual can achieve. There is power and strength in numbers. With that I now find it easy to open up when I am facing challenges so that I can get help.

My background is in science and I felt I needed to brush up on my leadership skills to be able to move to the next level in my career. I learnt the value in leading with respect, integrity and courage and this has helped me advance my career. I found Etina's coaching and teaching style to be engaging, collaborative and thought-provoking which made learning fun. During the group discussions and sessions, we would cover topics from different angles to a point where you would leave with so many new tools and ideas that can be applied in real life situations.
